As artists, we often need feedback and comments from other colleagues to help us advance, enrich and even understand our own work and processes of creation. We have therefore decided to open our doors one day a month to all those who wish to show their work -whether completed or in progress- and to share their reflections for a productive exchange of ideas and creative processes.
These sessions are intended to create a bridge between artists with very different careers, who are interested in the photographic image in any of its forms, be it photography, animation, cinema, video or multimedia.
At each session, we will have guest artists who will comment on the works presented.

Every month, we have a new appointment with the world of images in movement: documentaries, films and series that refer to the image and its challenges as the main axis. Representation of a figure in fewer dimensions than those of the original, yet with a two/dimensional narrative force.
"Image obtained by passing a light source through a translucent object onto which it is projected," in other words, an appointment with the seventh art; see our entertainment section. The Pedro Meyer Foundation got off to a roaring start in 2011.The idea is to create a community and provide a space for learning, reflection and criticism of the image, its function, challenges and development in Mexico. We have therefore designed an annual plan offering first-rate workshops and courses, round tables and panels to accompany thelearning of those following us in this collective effort. The idea is for the students and professors at the Foundation to get as far as they plan; all they have to do is to accompany us in this collective dream.
The idea is to construct experiences and feedback on the basis of your project by consulting professionals. A portfolio review should not only be an opportunity for contact; it should be a learning and growth experience on the basis of concrete projects.
We want to create a space where the new generations and image professionals can meet, which is why we always bring avant-garde photographers so that you can sit down with them in a unique, unhurried atmosphere to talk about your work, dreams and expectations in the field of photography.
